In the studio with Wisdom

Hey all. Been in the studio with Wisdom for about a week. Been working on an intro I did for his new album as well as some scratches for a few songs. Heres a list of updates from Wisdom’s facebook page www.facebook.com/wisdomcreations… Peace!

Day 1: In the studio in LA writing,recording, mixing & mastering. My new single titled “This is Life” feat. Sizzla Kalonji just started getting played in Jamaica yesterday. On your mark…get set…

Day 2: at the Rehab studios in LA. Just picked up my secret weapon from the airport… :) Thomas Tomcat McCree. DJ Skwint gets in at 2pm and then the whole team is intact. We’re putting the final touches on “Music” feat. Lutan Fyah. Then finishing the mix on “Crystal Clarity”. This is a great reminder that dreams do come true. If we believe we can achieve anything…It’s all possible…

Day 3: Getting ready to start Day 3 at the Rehab studios in LA. Wrote the hook for the title track of the album “Full Spectrum” & produced the the music. Fine tuned an older track of ours called “Event Horizon”. DJ Skwint worked out all the scratches he’s putting on “Crystal Clarity”. We locked in our distribution for Japan and Europe. The journey continues…

Day 4: at the Rehab studios. Sending all 3 singles to the radio stations in Jamaica right now. Writing my last verse for the collaberation with Michael Rose “Chatty Mouth. Then sinking into the 2nd verse of “Lyricism” which is featuring Lyrics Born. Did I mention it’s like a million degrees down here. Holy Schmoly… Oh got a great work out in at Golds Gym this morning…It’s on and Poppin’….

Day 5: at the Rehab studios. Fine tuning “Chatty Mouth” feat. Michael Rose. I wrote a verse for this song last night that in my opion is my best verse ever. I was so juiced I layed the vocals at like 1am. Mixing it and getting it perfected to send to Michael in Jamaica later today. About to take a lunch break and hit up Golds Gym. Super excited to share this creation with all of you…Gratitude

Day 6: at the Rehab Studios in LA. Just finished breakfast. Currently listening to “Chatty Mouth” making sure we didn’t miss anything. Putting the extra into it. Sending it to Michael Rose by noon. Today is mostly about DJ Skwints parts. I’m continuing to finish “Lyricism” while Skwint and Big Chris track the turntables. Lunch time includes food and a work out at Golds Gym.

Day 7: at the Rehab Studios in LA. Woke up at 5:30am ready for the day. It’s already hot and it’s only 6:25am. Today we will finish the mixing of the intro for the album. It was composed by DJ Skwint. Skwint will be laying down his scratches and samples on “Crystal Clarity”. Our single featuring Sizzla Kalonji titled “This Is Life” starts getting played in rotation on the radio in Jamaica tomorrow.

Day 8: at the Rehab Studios in LA. Editing “Lyricism”. Then more updating on the album Intro produced by DJ Skwint. Then DJ Skwint will be laying down scratches on “Mind vs Ego”, “Crystal Clarity” & “Full Spectrum”. Of course a lunchtime meal and Golds Gym workout, then back to the studio. I’ll be writing one last verse for “Lyricism” & a verse for “Mind vs Ego”.

Day 9: at the Rehab Studios in LA. Right now mixing vocals on “Crystal Clarity”. Later I will be laying down the new vocals I wrote last night for “Lyricism”. We will be remixing the entire song called “True Love”. We actually recorded “True Love” 2 and a half years ago. It’s still a keeper,it just needs to be updated. DJ Skwint will continue laying down all of his parts. Of course pleanty of food and Golds Gym!

Day 10: at the Rehab Studios in LA. Today is DJ Skwints last day here. Skwint has really added an amazing flavor to the album. Many magical surprises have dropped in creatively for us. It’s been intense sleeping, eating, living, creating in the same space for 10 days. We’ve grown a lot from this experience. Today is dotting the i’s and crossing the T’s double checking all the work..the journey continues…

Day 11 at the Rehab Studios in LA. Yes we’re still going :). BigChris and I are mixing the background vocals for “You”. Lilla Dmone & Shannon Moore sang the harmonies on this one and their voices were the iceing on the cake. Very pleased with it. Laying down the vocals for “Lyricism’ tonight. We have 3 songs in rotation on the radio in Jamaica. check our link below and request our songs everyday. Gratitude…

Day 12 at the Rehab Studios LA. Still mixing “You”. Never layed down the vocals for “Lyricism” last night. We were way to deep into “You”. Hopefully laying down lyrics for “Lyricism” later tonight.
